You are on your own to complete the following exercises:

1. Create a Job Advertisement
You are a manager of a Bike Shop (you may choose an other kind of shop if you prefer and adjust the assignment accordingly) You need to hire a person to help with sales and repairing bikes. To save money, you decide to post a job description around town.
Write a short paragraph job description for this job position make it informative and fun to read. Then you must make two lists: one of the qualifications and one of the duties of the job. You want somebody who:
- Has at least three years of experience fixing and maintaining bikes
- Knows about what you sell
- Is good with people
- Can work weekends
They will:
- Build, maintain and fix bikes
- Use the cash register and credit card reader
- Write invoices
- Do inventory
- Work some weekends
- Clean the shop at the end of the day
- Restock
This job announcement will be posted around town so think of it like a poster: format your job description so that it catches people's attention. Use different fonts, sizes, styles and colors to emphasis important points. Add pictures, at least one.

2. Create a List
You have scheduled interviews for the new job position. Now you need to create a list of five questions that you want to ask the candidates.
Organize your list of five questions into a numbers list where the first question is the most important and the last is the least important.
Do this on a separate page from the Job Advertisement
